All course materials, videos, documentation, software tools, and educational content provided through SilverFernPlay remain the intellectual property of SilverFernPlay or our licensed content partners. Students receive limited access rights for educational purposes only.

Student Work and Projects

Students retain ownership of original creative work and projects developed during courses. However, by participating in our programs, students grant SilverFernPlay permission to use their work for educational demonstrations, marketing materials, and platform improvement purposes.

  • Student projects may be featured in promotional materials
  • Work samples may be used for educational demonstrations
  • Students will be credited appropriately when their work is displayed
  • Sensitive or proprietary student work will not be shared without consent

Content Usage Restrictions: Students may not redistribute, sell, or share course materials outside the educational context. Violation of these restrictions may result in legal action and account termination.

Course Completion and Certification

Technical Service Limitations
